Adobo Chicken Enchiladas Recipe - Home Chef
Switched from chicken to ground chuck. I don't do the enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan either, just cooking spray. Everybody here likes them a little crispy on the bottom. I also add a splash of the sauce into the meat at the same time the cheese is added to it. Cheese is measured by the soul, so you have to figure that one out.
