For my welcome home dinner, my missus made me a salmon and veggie bowl.

Blackened chicken with rice pilaf and corn.

Spinach and cheese tortellini (from Rana, I ain’t crazy), with sliced mushrooms and chopped roasted red peppers (from a jar) sautéed in butter with a splash of white wine at the end. Hubs added basil pesto to his.

There is an Italian grocery here that offers fresh pasta, homemade sauce, take and bake meals, etc. Cooked two flavors of their raviolis together - chicken and mushroom with a garlic cream sauce. Yum!
