What did you have for dinner II?

Breakfast this morning:
Buttered protein pancakes from a recipe I found online
Sugar free Log Cabin syrup
2 eggs over easy
7 oz. Sauteed spinach
2 thin slices of fried ham
Cup of pumpkin spice coffee with almond milk

Proof that eating while on a diet can still be delicious! This meal is only about 650 calories and has about 55 grams of protein.

Wanting to do some beer brats one Saturday but don’t know what would be a good beer? I’m not the biggest drinker. Any suggestions?

Our grocery sells single Yuengling in tall boy cans. We usually do a can of the lager or the Black and Tan . Any beer really will do fine if you are talking about simmering them before grilling.
