Lady at church brought dinner today. Chicken casserole, crack green beans, macaroni, big jug of fresh muscadines, and a homemade chocolate cake. Gonna go slip into a food coma now

One of my all time favorites.....I remember a few winters ago, I came home from work and got the house
real warm, I had a plate of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans and it was so good and
the next thing I know, I wake up at 3 am with the plate still on my lap.....that meal knocked me out TKO'ed....

Wife made tacos, refried beans, and messican rice from a box, can, and meat package

so I had to go to work…
I started with late lunch leftover bloomin onion. Tacos flavored Doritos, grape maters diced, and messican rice in the toaster oven

Toasted and topped with taco meat, refrieds, and cheese,…Toasted….
Garnished with lettuce, guacamole salsa, cackalacky pepper sass, and a few dollops of sour cream

Peruvian pollo a la brasa, fried plantains, salad, fries, and an Inca Kola.

If any of you have Peruvian joints nearby, I'd highly recommend trying it out.

I recently had dinner at Terra Sur in Tampa. My favorite Peruvian restaurant in the area.
