Jose's Carnitas Omelette from Brunchies 3 egg omelette with flavorful pork carnitas and house made roasted tomatillo salsa. Topped with spicy white melted cheese and pico. Served with charros beans and Spanish rice, Fresh Jalapenos

Never heard of Pelmeni so I had to Google it.
Looks delicious. Home made?
Here is something I found in the event anyone else wants to know.
Pelmeni is that dumpling is a ball of dough that is cooked and may have a filling and/or additional ingredients in the dough while pelmeni is a kind of russian dumpling, like ravioli.

We ate at a place in toccoa after church today. I had chicken and dressing, fried okra, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cornbread. Haven't really eaten much this evening.

Was making salads with strip steak, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. My daughter wanted to help so I asked her to cut the cucumber. She cuts herself. I tend to her 30 seconds later I almost cut the end of my thumb off slicing the steak. It was good though
