The missus meatloaf (proprietary, but I know it has lean ground beef, onions, peppers, eggs, stewed tomatoes, seasoning, a ketchup-based glaze (I got no idea what she adds to it), and a cap of medium cheddar cheese. Served with baked potato and carrots cooked in homemade smoked turkey stock. The fresh baby spinach leaves were a garnish of sorts.

Doctored up a frozen five cheese pizza with smoked garlic beef/pork sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Had a portion of the last coffee almond fudge ice cream (Publix has discontinued the item).
