How did you do your garlic cheese sauce?
Whoops, it was garlic butter sauce, not cheese. edited

1 1/2c chicken stock
2 Tbsp corn starch
— whisk the corn starch into the stock

Melt a half stick (4 Tbsp) butter in a large non-stick skillet. When the butter foams, add in 3 Tbsp (~3 cloves) of minced garlic and reduce heat for 2 minutes. Recipe called for adding 2 tsp dried basil, but instead I added 1 Tbsp of basil pesto and added a second after tasting. Cook another 2 minutes (total 4.)

Stir in cooked and drained tortellini (recipe called for 16 oz., mine was 20 oz. and worked out fine.) Mix well and serve, finish with grated Parmesan.
