What did you have for dinner II?

Well, we decided to have steak. so off to the store I went. Kroger usually has some kind of beef loss leader on sale. Yesterday it was NY Strip halves. I don't normally favor a NY Strip. To me they don't have the flavor or tenderness of other cuts. But, there's 3 of us and I found a 5.5 pound Strip half for the same price as 3 decent ribeye's. So, I bought it and got 6 nice thick Strips out of it and put 3 in the freezer. Maybe it was because I could slice them and get a good Strip, or maybe because the uncut half was better Strip meat, but this was the first good Strip I have ever grilled at home. Paired with bake potato, and sauteed yellow and zuchinni squash from garden.
