What did you have for dinner II?

Turkey smoked sausage, pinto beans w/ onion, roasted mushrooms, kale salad with spicy dressing, and cherry tomatoes.

I have a spinach and kale salad for lunch pretty much every working day. I like the texture the kale brings.

I will try that, I can eat spinach all day long as well as arugula. I need salads for lunch, eating too much Cuban and Colombian food for lunch these day. There was a specialty pasta shop near my work in Berkeley that had a great kale Caesar salad.

I LOVE arugula!!!

I eat kale til I get burnt out on it.

That is my kind of pizza.

In Naples and all along the Amalfi coast, that's pizza, period, and they serve 'em whole. You want to cut it up, they provide you utensils.

If you are ever in Amalfi, you must eat at Pizzeria Donna Stella. Family run. Dine under an arbor of lemon trees with a border of blooming star jasmine in May. Meraviglioso!

I always order the Margherita. Simple, but excellent.
They use the best flour, the best tomatoes, the best cheese.
Buffalo.
The best I've had over there was in a hole in the wall that had 3 tables with a total of six chairs, and six more stools lined up at a bar looking out the front window.

Not much bad food in Italy, Spain, France and Greece.

Those lemons are used to produce limoncello.

Best restaurant I've eaten at there was this one for just vegetables at lunch. they kept bringing the food.
