Was going to make filet's for Valentine's dinner then my wife told me it was Ash Wednesday so I did an about-face and made lump crap-stuffed shrimp with a side of broccoli cheddar rice. It was a hit.
Smoked ribs last night - 4 full slabs, each cut in half to restaurant "full slab" size (~8 ribs) for ease of cooking. Ate me a passel of them ribs and still have oodles left over.
