Our Thanksgiving got pushed to tomorrow. So we did a rib roast.

Ham, cornbread stuffing, candied yams, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes Salad, and yeast rolls followed by a tasting of apple, sweet potatoe, cherry and apple pie.... happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Smoked turkey, dressing, taters, gravy, sweet tater casserole, cranberry crumble, home made bread.
Oh, and chocolate chip pie.

Fried turkey. No fires. Very good, but wildly expensive. Roughly $60 of peanut oil.

*We have the Char-broil one. It was $99 (on sale). After we did the traditional frying a couple years ago.
