About 15 weeks. I have lost around 35 lbs. I only drink water. I gave up diet sodas. I occasionally have a small snack if I have a really active day. Last Friday, I had a small breakfast snack. I hiked 4 miles and then push mowed my yard. I knew I would burn extra calories. But I did a 24 hour fast until Saturday lunch.How long have you been doing it? I have done 5-6 days a week over the past two years.
Yummy...Yummy....that's what you call itDon’t know what to call it, but chicken breast tenderloins in sautéed onions and sautéed red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers, plus green peas, in a white wine cream sauce, all over egg noodles.
