What did you have for dinner II?

How long have you been doing it? I have done 5-6 days a week over the past two years.
About 15 weeks. I have lost around 35 lbs. I only drink water. I gave up diet sodas. I occasionally have a small snack if I have a really active day. Last Friday, I had a small breakfast snack. I hiked 4 miles and then push mowed my yard. I knew I would burn extra calories. But I did a 24 hour fast until Saturday lunch.
 
Jo Slaw -
Green cabbage
Bell peppers (whatever colors you wish)
Sweet onions
Durkee’s Famous Sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Mayo
Freshly ground black pepper

Proportions should be intuitive. I serve this savory slaw lightly dressed. This ain’t no minced vegetables drowning in seasoned mayo. Forkable chewable vegetables tossed in a savory dressing. 😋
