What did Saban find wrong with

Not to sensationalize this conversation anymore than it is but it was prob both who contributed to AK leaving. He's certainly matured as a person (no doubt) but don't confuse CNS success as a coach as equal to his personality and moral standards. He lacks greatly in those two areas. Not opinion but fact. I have family that coached at Bama and friends who recently played there. But u can't argue with his success...he's just a jerk

He kept smoking weed to help him forget that has was 6th on our RB depth chart. And Saban didn't like that!

Nothing wrong with a bit of honesty. For those attacking this response. We have had those as well, adios from one program, and if they make the correct changes (as it appears he has) then good for another program

Neyland 4 national championships and 5 sec. Championships > little midget saban 4 national championships paid for by boosters bringing in top talent to that sh#€ hole called T town.

Time to grow up. How about we take a step back and look at why they are having success. I dislike it as much as the next Vol fan, but a bit idiotic to accuse them of something. I am sure there is mud in all our programs.

You got HONESTY out of that post? Not butthurt characterization? I think if Kamara was a Snoop level pothead, there would have been a police report after it became clear he was leaving Tuscaloosa.

Grow up peter pan.

Dude really shut up tough guy he does not need you to stick up for him. The amount of vol fans giving saban back rubs and HJ's is hilarious. We are a storied program with much success even before the filmed years. This clown thinks Saban is the first person to win 4 natties. To bad he roots for a team that also has a coach that did that and he had no clue about.

The honesty is in the fact that he had issues and was separated from the team. I got that he had issues, as we have had with many players. Saban decided he should move one, as Butch has done. The player moved on and after proving he has become a better player/man, Butch decided he had become that better man, and believed he would be a plus for out team. This happens all the time.

Known facts? Never heard this version. Sounds like "facts" you'd glean from a Tide message board...mainly because of the personal bent.

And a thousand thank you's. :hi: I always took that with a grain of salt since those "issues" seemed to occur AFTER the rumblings of him transferring. You were defending the Bammer who RESPONSIBLY REPORTED that the ganja smoke kept him from making 5th string, so I'm wondering what legit article I can peruse to get the inside skinny of said unfortunate escapade. :compute:

Not a problem, as long as I can help a fellow Vol fan out. I was defending him stating that he had issues, if it seemed like I was keying on pot then either you are mistaken or I stated it incorrectly.

Here is a bit about him. Four-star RB Kamara will transfer, leaving Alabama with more four-star RBs than your school | CollegeFootballTalk

Believe me I am more than thankful to have him on our team, and i do truly hope he made changes in his life to make him a better man.

So you "hope he made changes" sounds like you're confirming that he was a mess...sans facts. It's possible he was disgruntled and expressed himself...hence the rift. If so, his transfer solved the "problems"... Not a chemical dependence intervention or shock therapy. Here's hoping.

I was confirming he had issues and in whatever fashion corrected the issues, whatever there were, enough to aliviate any concerns about him.

So yes here's to hoping the same problems do not arise again.

And facts are there. It's almost worth a Google. 🚬
