He kept smoking weed to help him forget that has was 6th on our RB depth chart. And Saban didn't like that!
Neyland 4 national championships and 5 sec. Championships > little midget saban 4 national championships paid for by boosters bringing in top talent to that sh# hole called T town.
Nothing wrong with a bit of honesty. For those attacking this response. We have had those as well, adios from one program, and if they make the correct changes (as it appears he has) then good for another program
Grow up peter pan.
You got HONESTY out of that post? Not butthurt characterization? I think if Kamara was a Snoop level pothead, there would have been a police report after it became clear he was leaving Tuscaloosa.
The honesty is in the fact that he had issues and was separated from the team. I got that he had issues, as we have had with many players. Saban decided he should move one, as Butch has done. The player moved on and after proving he has become a better player/man, Butch decided he had become that better man, and believed he would be a plus for out team. This happens all the time.
You never hear the version that he was separated from the team for issues? Well i'm glad I was able to point you in that direction.
And a thousand thank you's. :hi: I always took that with a grain of salt since those "issues" seemed to occur AFTER the rumblings of him transferring. You were defending the Bammer who RESPONSIBLY REPORTED that the ganja smoke kept him from making 5th string, so I'm wondering what legit article I can peruse to get the inside skinny of said unfortunate escapade. :compute:
Not a problem, as long as I can help a fellow Vol fan out. I was defending him stating that he had issues, if it seemed like I was keying on pot then either you are mistaken or I stated it incorrectly.
Here is a bit about him. Four-star RB Kamara will transfer, leaving Alabama with more four-star RBs than your school | CollegeFootballTalk
Believe me I am more than thankful to have him on our team, and i do truly hope he made changes in his life to make him a better man.
So you "hope he made changes" sounds like you're confirming that he was a mess...sans facts. It's possible he was disgruntled and expressed himself...hence the rift. If so, his transfer solved the "problems"... Not a chemical dependence intervention or shock therapy. Here's hoping.
