What College promotes(enables) Drunkeness?

I know some schools have actually cracked down more on the partying habits(on campus) of students.I think with alcohol posionings,suicides,etc., may play a role with stricter guidelines.I guess if you don't have a freshman away at school these things may seem insignificant.

But what if you are a student away at school? The T doesn't enable alcoholism, it saves lives. People will go out drinking either way. At least this way we aren't driving drunk and killing ourselves and other people.

I would not want to send my son to a school that was so moralistic, naive, and heedless of their students' safety that they didn't provide a basic service like this.

(Granted, he's two now, but he won't be forever.)
