What coaches got to go?

Debord,Azzani,Mahoney? I'm fine with Gilespie(sp) and the defensive coaching staff, but those three are piss poor and got to go. Butch needs to stop with this buddy system and go out and hire some good coaches. Now I understand Mahoney doesn't have a lot to work with yet but what he has has not improved very much. Time for an over haul.

None for now. You support this staff and leave it alone for 2 years.

I hate Butch Jones philosophy on football, but you can't say to the world that we will always fire every coach at the first signs of trouble.

No coach worth a crap will ever come here if we continue to do that.

We have to give this coach 5 years. Then fire his a$$ if he can't right the ship and fix his obvious problems.

I'm not saying fire Butch and I'm not saying to fire any assistants right now wait till the end of the year, but he has to do something or he will not make it.

Mahoney and Azzani.

Contrary to the VN posters, I think CBJ gets another year regardless.

By firing coaches who don't get it done we tell the world, and other coaches we don't accept failure as an option.

Secondary, OC,...... If Butch would bring in a good OC and let him run with it, it just might save his job

Janeck and Martinez need to go on defense.
Debord and Mahoney in offense. Should of keep the oline coach that was there when butch got there.

The analytics and charts need to go. Coaching with balls and Butch undumbf****** himself needs to start. We'd be 4-0.

Most concerning to me besides our dumb**** coaching is our severe underutilization of our WR's. That is so baffling.

I'm totally sick of the coaching decisions, but Jones is recruiting at a very high level. As long as he can keep us in bowl games and stock the cupboard with SEC talent the next coaching staff will want to come here due to the talent and the ability to win immediately

Plus one. I think in two years if we aren't winning the big games then the boosters will be pressuring. But he gets two more regardless

Yes I am saying he needs to fire most of his staff, but he promised the best staff in america and then proceeded to fill the staff with his Cincy staff and his former mentor who never accomplished anything, besides being in the right place at the right time in 97 with one of the best Ds in CFB.

I don't see why the hate on Azzani. Deboard calls the plays. Our passing game calling has became almost nonexistent.
