At the time it came out, I don't think I appreciated it as much as I do now. I suppose I was used to his more tongue in cheek stuff, that wasn't trying to be taken so seriously. It felt like a departure, but then again I think one of the songs came from his 'One Foot in the Grave' days or a return to his more folk driven beginnings. It's a beautiful album. I love the instrumentation on this song in particular.Sea Change is just so good
Passion projects are almost always under appreciated in their own time.
