Still disgusted about last night, I haven't watched a bit of sports TV today. What, if anything, have any of the talk show analysts had to say?

That we are in trouble and if Butch doesn't right the ship he will be gone. That his in game mismanagement is just too much.

I've heard a lot of criticism coupled with continued assertions that Jones is the right coach for us. Kind of a mixed message. Apparently we hired a head coach and staff we need to grow into the job and learn how to close out games.

Was just in the car listening to College Sports Sunday on Sirius/XM

NET/NET

1). ZERO excuses for allowing 4th and 14 to be a first down...let alone a 63 yard touchdown
2). POOR clock management and conservative play calling/questionable defensive play calling last few minutes

Tennessee is the laughing stock of college football as has been the case for many years years...

Only thing to get Butch off a flaming seat is to run the table or start making changes to his staff to show he is not accepting the way things are working right now.

Everybody is saying that the players work hard and are giving their all. Then they say that coaching is a problem and we should be 4-0. They say the chart/analytical stuff is nonsense-- CBJ needs to just coach. And everybody is saying that CBJ has another year. But I haven't heard anybody say that he's the solution or that he'll be here a long time.

Watch the former players' body language when they talk about the coaching. They are not happy.

In case you missed it, here's what Coach Jim McElwain had to say. “They played their hearts out for the Gators and the fans and the previous Gators,” McElwain said. “You just don’t lose to Tennessee and they didn’t.”

Even opposing coaches view us as a doormat. And rightfully so.

Other than not having a QB coach and the receivers just plain sucking, these losses are on CBJ. I'm glad Debord finally started running between the tackles in the second half. That side to side bull crap pisses me off.

He or his staff are not going anywhere for now. He might make changes in the off season. But he will be here next year no matter what. He deserves that at least.
