Agreed it would help. Don't see any reason they couldn't, would just definitely be unusual I think.

What are our biggest needs for 2015 class?

While I am sure that CBJ and staff are continuing to work relationships, I don't think that they will narrow down specific needs until the Orange and White game. Let's give them a chance to figure our what they have with the 2014 EE class. By then, they will know where they wasted a scholly or two.

Needs won't be known until we see how these young players progress. You will have some surprises on both directions. Some better and some worse.

I know people keep saying O-line, but the starting 5 is pretty well set for the next two years. Crowder, Wiesman, Blair, Jackson, Kerbyson. Definately need to build some depth, but I don't see needing to sign more than three if the quality is good. And, until we see where Mosley and Robertson project.

The staff ought to have a good idea on whether Kendrick, Sanders, Thomas and Raulerson project to play SEC level ball by the Fall.

I've been watching 3 of these linemen for the last two years during the Orange and White Game and I have to admit that it seems their run game was the better group on the field. I'm still not too sure on pass blocking yet but I really think we will see a surprising offensive line surge this coming year. I'm excited about it. I've also noticed they double team really well together and actually move people backwards off the ball. It seemed that last year our double team blocks were at times disappointing.

You think we need DBs more than QB and DL?

Yes, we need a couple of great cornerbacks just to stay in some games. Didn't get Adoree Jackson this year. Jones is building a good looking stable of DEs. Can't say you don't always need good DTs every year.

We do have four QBs that can play at this level if our receivers can start getting some separation, but need to recruit one most every year nonetheless. Signing a great QB is always important.

1. A QB thats near the top of our board. After this season Worley will be gone, and 1 other could transfer (likely Peterman). If 1 guy does transfer, that leaves us with 2 QBs on schollie. Would be nice to get 2.

2. OL. We need at least 3 highly touted guys. At least 4 total.

3. CBs. We pulled in a great safety haul in the 2014 class, but we still lack depth at CB. After this season, we will only have like 5 or 6 CBs on schollie.

4. TE. Although we pulled in Wolf and Helm, we still dont have much depth there after this season. (around 3 or 4 guys on schollie)

5. DT. Need more depth.

6. DE

7. LB.

8. RB.

9. Safety

10. WR

Have agreed with this sentiment and posted such since the beginning of last year...with the exception of Blair of course...we lost a talented line...no doubt...but this system takes some repetition to develop rhythm...and last year's unit didn't have that luxury...the majority of moving parts in this year's production will have had almost two years worth of specific conditioning and detailed fundamental work...thinking will be involved but instinct will be more prevalent...and that's when big uglies do some thumping :aggressive:...posters bemoaning what we lost are going to be in for a pleasant surprise...imo
