What am I supposed to do?

He replaced Dooley with someone who has done just as little if not less.

All I am saying is that none of these people running the program should be given the benefit of a doubt until they prove something.

And I am saying you don't throw the baby out with the bath water one year and a half in. Significant improvement on our D is evident. We don't have a line or a QB. It's his job to fix it. Doesn't happen overnight. You can't tell me you don't see a difference in this team and Dooley's. The results are worse for now, and yes that is what matters in the long run . This team is far more disciplined then Dooley's and I see growth and improvement in a lot of areas.

It is all relative. .. D is improved but the offense is much worse and has countered any positive strides we could have made as a team. Overall we suck.... still.

Time will tell... but I am losing confidence after every game I watch

The offense sucked last year too. It's worse this year only because the line is so much worse. Our skill position players are much better

Things are looking up down the road but this season, what with the brutal strength of schedule and lack of experience, is basically in the books. I don't see any major turnarounds from 118.

The future looks bright for now, until we just completely start ****ting the bed and losing all recruits.

the future would look real bright if we had a sweet juco qb coming in next year

In my life I just don't care anymore. Watching Tennessee just isn't fun, talking Tennessee football isn't fun. I don't see how we can say wait til next year with any legitimacy ? 2015 we will still have no talent on the OL and we will most likely be playing a true freshman QB. That's not a formula for winning football.

Guys, We have 4 winnable games left. Mizzou only have like 120 total yards against Florida. Sure they scored 42 points but that was on 2 kick off returns, a fumble, and an interception. I like our chances with them. SC isn't playing good either. Kentucky turns out to be human after all, and Vandy, well they are Vandy again. We have a chance at 7-5, 6-6, just like everyone hoped. That being said, we have a chance at going 5-7 too.

It will be ok

We will forget all about this by the spring

We will be pumped up by promises of bowl games and not accepting losing. We will remember that we said this year is our year.

Then the season starts

Yeah because these turnovers are on the staff.

Yes, they ultimately are. Jones and staff are responsible for how their team performs over time. If turnovers continue to happen consistently over time, the coaches will rightfully get the blame.

I care
At least we are probably still on or way up, unlike us with Dooley. I genuinely didn't care during 2011-12. I'm still a believer in Butch but our issues were severe and we're never going to be a quick fix.

I can handle and I've been around for long enough to have seen some lean years. I'm just worn out with it. Tired of the idiots wanting to fire coaches and tired of hearing about a process that's there's little evidence of actually existing.

Even when 90% are on your QB?

Learn the lesson that it's just a football game. Don't let this ruin your day or weekend. Celebrate wins and move on. Hate losing and move on. The past few years have taught me to not let UT ruin my day.

Bingo! Nothing I could do about the outcome. But I'm always gonna be Vols fan win/lose

Truth be told Butch is trying to win with Dooley's players and it just can't be done and as good as the players are the Butch has brought in, they are freshmen and sophomores and you don't win playing kids that young , give the man a chance to get his players in and get some experience and if we still aren't winning, then fire him, he is already ahead of Dooley because of the talent he is bringing in, but Marcus Jackson is the only guy that might see playing time on the line on any of the higher tier sec teams, Worley is a descent QB, but if your on your back every other play, I'm sure you start thinking about it, I realize it's been a long time without winning but it's only year 2 out Jones, give him a chance
