He replaced Dooley with someone who has done just as little if not less.
All I am saying is that none of these people running the program should be given the benefit of a doubt until they prove something.
And I am saying you don't throw the baby out with the bath water one year and a half in. Significant improvement on our D is evident. We don't have a line or a QB. It's his job to fix it. Doesn't happen overnight. You can't tell me you don't see a difference in this team and Dooley's. The results are worse for now, and yes that is what matters in the long run . This team is far more disciplined then Dooley's and I see growth and improvement in a lot of areas.
