How so? Freeze went 6-21 in the SEC as a HC, and those 6 wins came in 1 of his 5 seasons. I think a lot of us are overstating Freeze’s abilities. If he were as great of a coach as some think (not saying he’s not good), teams all over the country would be knocking down his door.

I am glad we didn't get Paterson!!!
My son would never have talked to me if we had- since he went to TCU.
The sad thing is that in the 15 years since he went there I have only had bragging rights 3 times.........

He’s coached up 2 Heisman winning QB’s Palmer and Lienart, made Tua a 1st round pic, and Mac Jones looks like Danny Wuerrful now. He’s been a HC. He beat Pete Carroll twice with a scrub Washington program that went Vandy like the year before he got there. His alcohol demon got the best of him though from Washington to USC. He can flat out coach offense like Kiffin. SEC has become power offenses with good defenses...this is why we are where we are. We can’t field a serviceable offensive unit.

How does that compare to Butch “hey I’m coaching where you used to coach” Jones” who went 14-26 vs a much easier division? One if those was a 34-3 beat down from Freeze.

Pruitt is currently 10-15, so I’ll take a .500 conference record as a first step. If that’s the plateau, make a change down the road.

Sark will get interest for both College and Pro jobs. But seriously don’t you think he’s positioning himself to take over for Saban? I can see Saban retiring if they crush the next 3 teams.

I think Saban ain’t quitting for a few more years. Someone will throw big money at Sark and he’ll take it. I don’t see him lingering around if that happens. He’s refined his offensive play calling and is arguably the best in college football. If he can stay sober he’ll be a hell of a HC now.
Sark could have the offensive talent we have right now with a solid O-line coach averaging easily 35 points a game. He’s that great at coaching QB’s...super confident QBs make all other players on offense elevate their game. This is why our talent on paper is mediocre. Weak coaching and pathetic QB play all season.

Yeah, he's so mediocre that he's one of the very small handful of coaches to have beaten Nick Saban. He's so mediocre that in two years he has taken a bunch of zero-star recruits and made them into a better team than we are. Stop lying. It's repulsive.

Anyone posting on here that he's not the answer, in my opinion, is most likely someone on Pruitt's staff. Any sane, logical person with a normal IQ can see that Freeze is one of the best coaches in college football. How many other coaches that have fielded a team in D-I in the last twenty years could put Liberty into the top 25 in their second year in the FBS?

2018 Liberty recruiting class: Three 3-stars, seven 2-stars, twelve no-stars. Total class ranking: 137.

2019 Liberty recruiting class: Ten 3-stars, two 2-stars, six no-stars. Total class ranking: 135.

2020 Liberty recruiting class: Sixteen 3-stars, twelve 2-stars. Total class ranking: 89.

This is stupid and dishonest. Sarkisian was mediocre at Washington; then he got to USC and got worse. He showed up drunk to multiple practices at 'SC. How many times has he beaten Saban? How many times has he had a team ranked #3 in the country? Stop lying.
