What no Belichick? The Pats had a close gave against the Ravens a week ago, shouldn't his job be in jeopardy making him another available candidate. And, there was a rumor that he has watched a UT game.

Pacific and UT are not even in the same galaxy of competition... bad analogy. But I see your point. Im just saying it would be nice since the last 2 stayed so long.

Cov, are you saying it would be nice to get another with ties to the program? or it would be nice to get one from outside? I'm definitely game for going outside the program. Whenever Hamilton finally gets to replace Fulmer, I don't think he will put much stock into who has ties to the program. He will simply look for the best replacement he can get. If he has ties, so be it. If he doesn't, let's see some serious changes.

Ultimately.... I want what everyone else wants... to win games. Whether the HC come from UT or not. It would be that much sweeter if they were Vols though.

Carroll is overrated, he can recruit, but he cant motivate & he is too soft on his players
