The landscape is slowly changing, but having the most talent is still more important than quality of coaching. You'll never go 5-6 with great talent!

Bobby Johnson seems to be good at taking mediocre talent and getting them to believe and compete. However WINNING CHAMPIONSHIPS involves having great talent.
