My previous reply was probably unclear. Everything you had written was correct. I was simply sharing two quotations (the one immediately before the field goal and the one once he finally resumed speaking) that I enjoyed. I don't recall ever hearing that much silence on a broadcast before

I liked the one play tonite when henry T had Isaiah spiller dead in the hole on an off guard run, Spiller juked him and henry didn't get a finger on him. And A&M completed a lot of crossing routes in the middle tonite.

I was kind of surprised Saban didn't use any timeouts to save some clock.. I guess he was thinking there was not a need since the game was tied, but he had to know once A&M got into field goal range they would use all the clock then kick a FG. I found myself wondering if the thought a loss might be good for them to refocus and just didn't fight it. Who knows.
