An offense that can actually move the ball and score.

A guy who is consistently winning a min of 9 games/yr. Wins the East every 3yrs at minimum. Doesn't lose to Vandy or UK. Goes at least .500 against ranked teams. An off yr is a trip to the Outback Bowl.

I know you said the ONE thing that I want from the new coach BUT I have two!!!!!!!!!!! Good play calling & player development

A great winning percentage coming in. Wins he got from power 5 schools or possibly NFL. A coach who can develop players for the next level. A coach who draws great recruits just by his name. Also a guy who can keep kids out of trouble and can keep thier grades up.

Number 1 ranking at the end of the year, several times.

If a coach likes UT he better put a ring on it...and i dont mean no taxslayer or outback ring.
