What’s one thing you want most out of the next HC?

You can make a long post if you want to but I probably won’t read it. I just want to know the ONE trait you’d most like to see in our next hire.

For me, it’s being great at running the ball.

Dominating defense that no body wants to have to face. Where opposing teams hope they just don't get too many injuries like we do now. A defense that wont blow leads at the end of games and gets off the field. A defense that don't set records for rushing yards given up or line up a yard and a half off the ball. Sheer Al Wilson/Leonard Little style intimidation...

Please continue posting w many different user names defending scheme and recruiting along with telling the real fans they don't know anything.

I like it. You’ll need a guy who can also recruit. That kind of defense doesn’t exist without elite talent. I’m guessing you wouldn’t mind a guy like Charlie Strong or Brent Venables? I think James Franklin is an offensive guy but he must know a thing or two about defense because they didn’t skip a beat without Shoop. I hate to say it but Derek Mason might also make you very happy.

A coach that can get UT competing for championships and will be more forthright about issues. No champions of life crap!
