I saw that the Western Kentucky game was scheduled for ESPN360....anyone know whether or not it will most likely be picked up by ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN classic or any other non-local station?

Being a new guy here....I can't post a new thread but did anyone see the 2 QB's leaving Miami? One of them is from Tennessee (Cannon Smith). Memphis I believe, anyone know anything about him. Has a great name to be a QB.

So will th WK game be on the Memphis affiliate that had JP/Raycom?

Hey man,
Didn't you know that JP/Raycom no longer carry SEC football games now. It call SEC NETWORK now. ESPN and SEC sign the deal together were they controll when the games to be on. time and ch. depend were you lives. My ch. is NBC, CW, CBS, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU on directv. Those ch. CARRY sec football in my areas.

Cannon was at Miami for one reason...his dad is Fred Smith. Was between Memphis and Ole Miss in high school and I believe chose Ole Miss, but then was busted with drugs and was steered to Hargrave and he went to Miami after that.
The other kid might be something to look at though. I read where he's 6'7" 235lbs. That's a huge qb! No clue how good he is or anything though.

Any of the sports book areas (I think there is a great one in the MGM) have like 100 or so TV's showing every sporting event imaginable. It's really alot of fun. Plus, you could put a few bucks on the game. But, it is kind of sensory overload if you are really trying to pay attention, and there are silly rules like no cell phone use while in the betting areas.

I'm not sure that you'd want to do this for a UT game...I guess it all depends on how focused an individual you are, but it's definately worth checking out. I was there a couple years ago during the 16/8 round of the NCAA tourney, it was awesome.

Thanks! I'm staying at the MGM. I had a lot of fun watching the NBA finals last year at the mandala bay.

For the Hampton/Norfolk, VA area, the SEC Network is carried by independent channel WSKY. According to the FIOS website, this is channel 4 (lo-def) and channel 504 (HD).

SEC NETWORK IS NOT A CH. STATION. IT ON YOUR LOCAL CH. IF NOT SHOW ON ESPN. THEY REPLACE JP/RAYCOM WITH THAT SEC NETWORK. GO TO SEC WEB SITE AND CLICK ON SEC NETWORK AND SEE WHICH LOCAL CH. BE ON IN YOUR AREAS. DUH:banghead2:.

If you have a really good antenna, you might be able to pickup their digital signal (8.2).
