Western Digital MyCloud OS 5?

So those of you that use a WD NAS has anybody upgraded to OS 5 and regretted it? I’ve been putting this off to see how it’s received and frankly it seems to not be received very well. And frankly WD’s support and the interface isn’t that great anyway.

OS 3 does all I need. Any reason I should bite this off and upgrade to OS 5? TIA

I'm a Synology guy, and stay far away from any WD software. WD SSD's and hard drives on the other hand are the one's I usually roll with for hardware.
