As the article mentions, this would be his 2nd offense, if convicted. I don't know what the penalty for a 2nd DUI conviction in Pennsylvania is, but in Tennessee that comes with a mandatory minimum of 45 days in the pokey.

Under the jail is the correct place if he really was driving and blowing that number.
He was just a few feet from vehicular homicide, and fathers and mothers and grandparents all around him on the highway.
I lost my fiance to a drunk driver right after college and have no use for anyone driving impaired.

I'm sorry, but based on a friend of mine currently being prosecuted for a 2nd DUI offense in Knox County ... when his 1st DUI conviction was in May of 2010, that is not accurate.

This was a long time coming. I wondered how long he would last after the comments on the radio show. He just seemed to quit caring. I'd like to see who takes his place.
