And when we become aware of it, we either delete it or edit it way down.

I know, but people laughing at it is ridiculous. In fact, I think, I'm not sure though, that the player interviews posted in the thread here in the Football Forum, came from 24/7.

I agree. I fully understand people wanting to keep premium content premium. I think the reaction is more to Rucker's tendency to like him some Rucker.

Now, according to Wes, VolNation.com is comparable to Big Lots. I hope I can sleep tonight.

Seriously though, he jumps all over people for being juvenile yet that is exactly what I'd call his recent tweets. Pot. Kettle. Kettle. Pot.

VN has been called that in the TOS world for a while now.

My problem with pay for content websites, is they get information for free from UT, Dooley, and the coaching staff.
They charge fans to read the same information UT provides freely.

Yeah, they go over there during the day, ask questions, record and transcribe the answers and write the information into articles to post on their site. That's not doing anything, they just are given it. They shouldn't get paid anything for it.

Seriously? Do you read the things you write? The police give away information on crime as well. Should reporters for the local paper and TV not get paid either?

Brent is the best in the business. Rucker is MUCH younger than Brent is, and a lot less wiser too.

The Tennessean and Knox News sentinel do the same thing and I can read the exact same information for free on their website.

Cracker barrel does have a much better gift shop. Just saying. :)

If you like plastic kazoos and gummy bears. Actually it's a perfect metaphor . . . the food is the same, just with some extras to make you feel better about paying a little more.

Hubbs is actually a terrible writer. Spellcheck fails him.

He's an employee of the University of Tennessee. He's the unofficial mouthpiece for the AD.

He's got a pretty sweet gig.

Not exactly. The content behind the wall tends to be different.

You can eventually read similar things...but usually after its been online for a time.

You can either wait till some douche steals and posts or just wait.

Besides...why begrudge the guy and the outfit he works for for earning a tax-paying living? If people are willing to pay up for their service, then bully for them, no?

I don't have a problem with it, but once the radio shows start and practice starts there's enough info there and on the animal and knoxnews sentinel to satisfy me.
