Dooley hasn't done a thing at UT to warrant all the criticism he's getting from half of you clowns. Remember all the Aubarners booing Chizik upon arrival?

chizik surrounded himself with great coaches, we don't have the common sense to do that here.

Seriously. Chizik went 5-19 at Iowa State, and we're complaining about 17-20 at La Tech? Let's not forget La Tech has played a bunch of SEC and ranked teams during his tenure there.

I'm not happy about the hire...but I support the Vols, and if he is the head coach of our Volunteers, then I will support him.

Malzhan and the fact that Auburn wasn't that bad when Chizik got there is making him look good. As soon as that's gone he's toast.

Yes he has. He went 4-8 at LA Tech last year and thinks him and his own staff are ready to take this by the reigns. He's not ready.

I would have thought we would have gotten a big name coach, but I agree if he is our coach give him a chance; if he sucks then boo him and say your I told you so's but lets try to give the guy shot. Looking at his resume it could be worse.

Why would you say that? KiffEn had the common sense to be surrounded by great coaches & this university paid the cash to make it happen.

Why wouldn't TN do the same again?

Fans all over are beginning to realize what we have at AU right now. I wouldnt give up Chiz for any coach in the Nation. I wouldnt wish on anyone what you all are going through. I feel sorry for you all, I reallly do.

I agree totally! It's embarrassing reading these post and seeing all of the belly aching, complaining and griping! These are the same people who will jump up and down when he wins a few games and tell everyone they knew he could do it! If you can't be positive find you another team! If I were an up and coming coach and I read all the trash on this sight I would have turned it down like the other 8 or 10 did! Repeat: Show some class and support our coach.:nono:

absolutely. if we have a decent season, they'll change their tone and act like they've loved him since day 1
