Ainge was, for this year, uncharacteristically inaccurate, at least at first. Hopefully it was rust.
He had a bad half. I'd think he's probably entitled to one. The only other game he struggled in was UF and that was hardly his fault considering the pressure.

Ainge is still a little iffy when the blitz is on, but he did what he had to do tonight. I'm not going to complain about it.

That's a total copout.

Look, I'm not disputing that we've looked rough after some offweeks, but let's face it, they are tough games and they would be tough whether we had an offweek or not. Plus, it's not like we've been losing a lot to Alabama after an offweek for the last 15 years.

That's a total copout. The fact that we are usually playing rivalry games after our bye weeks is that much more condemning of the terrible job our coaching staff does. We are always flat coming off of our bye week, and there is NO WAY that should be the case when you're playing one of your biggest rivals. In addition, we almost always look unprepared coming off a bye week.
WOW. Those are some big words.

Hey man we won a very hard game. Shut up and quit talking smack. Especially to a mod who can shut you up for good. Lets celebrate not blast our coaches.

Huh?

They didn't blitz Ainge to cause those picks. They weren't even getting alot of pressure on him. He was just off on his mechanics and throwing everything high. He had an off half because he got off on his mechanics. Hopefully it will be his last in orange.

The o-line once again did an exceptional job of pass protection.

Ainge's worse play of the day was when he ran that sneak rather than changing the play or calling a time out.

That's not smack . . . he's like that all the time. :p Snatching negativity from the jaws of victory.

Yes, the O-line did a good job of protection but if you think that Bama wasn't blitzing or at least putting some pressure on, you weren't paying attention.

Ainge is good at sitting in the pocket, but he really moves around a lot better than you would think he can.

There was little pressure on any of those picks. Certainly nothing extraordinary much less comparable to the UF game.

The ball just took off on him. It happens to the best of them.

BTW, Bama did blitz. I just didn't see any on those particular plays.

Show me where I said that the blitz caused the picks..
