He really is the perfect fit...In fact its scary how much we are meant for each other....I hope it happens, Getting tired of getting turned down and he would strike fear into the hearts of all the teams in the SEC.

One thing you can bank on he's gonna put points on the board--a lot of points! Might as well tell those cheer leaders to bulk up because they're going to be doing a lot of push ups.

YES

This is true.

In fact, this is the truest post I have ever read on this site.

but I struggle to see why TN would be an attractive job for Leach.

I fear East Tennessee is about to be invaded by pirates. They're going to hog all the best spaces over by Calhoun's. :good!:

One thing you won't get from leach, he won't get 3 points ahead & try to sit on that lead like one other coach we had that always tried to run out the clock & I shouldn't have to tell you who that was--lost many games for us until he finally was canned. Leach is smart & not afraid to let it ride. He damned sure wouldn't have lost that Oklahoma game by sitting on a lead.

If Leach is hired... great, but before the ink is dry on the contract... FIRE CURRIE and ban Haslam from the UTAD!

It makes little sense to me. Why leave a low stress job to come get your butt kicked my Kirby Smart Dan Mullen and Nick Saban?
Saban is gonna Saban, so not much anybody can do about that. Smart still unproven but showing hints of being richt 2.0, and Mullen is mediocre as hell. Wait, what exactly was your point again?

Leach and kiffin are about the only two coaches to see our mess and not give a damn. He's exactly the right personality for the job. This is perfect

Leach has said on more than one occasion that the only jobs that interest him are at programs that need rebuilding. It’s a challenge for the guy. And he wins with 2 and 3 star talent at places like Lubbock, Texas and Pullman, Washington.

He’d need a hell of a DC, but the guy wins. And plays exiting football. And the pressers would be a riot. If nothing else, he’d make it fun while we worked on fixing other areas that need to be addressed.

Exiting football? Sounds painful

As for Leach, please say yes Pirate Mike
