Watching College Game Day right now and Herbie said he likes us in this game. Didn't say it with much conviction, because of the skill of MSU's corners. BUT, sounded like he thinks we have enough big play ability to pull it out. Sounds about right to me.

Hope he's right. GBO!

9 PM cannot get here fast enough (although I do like to enjoy all of my Saturdays...) :)

Yeah, I saw & heard what he said. But we need to be able to show up & be able to play in the 3rd & 4th qtr of this game...not an easy game as some think. GBO..Boom!!

Golfballs, I agree. More of a boom with a ? for me. I just have a problem with Herbie or Corso picking us. Ever. :)

But, the spread is essentially only for home field advantage, and MSU has played NO ONE of consequence yet except the Barn, so we may be able to (should) pull off the W.

Might as well get excited and be optimistic for tonight...if it doesn't go well, things will likely take care of themselves.

Sad to say, but probably true.

I'm a fence rider right now because I really like CDD as a person and I really want him to succeed, but I'm becoming more and more of a "prove it to me" fan regarding his ability. I like to think I've got a little more patience than most on here. :)

While I totally agree with this I have to ask.

If msu beats us will they then have beaten some one?

If we beat them have we beaten some one?

I think they are over rated and we are under rated as a whole. (Depending on which team shows up). I think we win straight up. And I believe it will be a nice 3 td win

Two middle of the pack SEC teams, IMO. I think we win a close one.

More importantly, Wes Rucker, who has only predicted 2 UT games wrong in 3 years - pick Tennessee by 3.

Agree with ya smo, big Dooley fan and want him to succeed but its time to start winning against top 25 teams and winning in the SEC. Today we can do both and hopefully start a trend the rest of the season. You see the sign on gameday? "Mark May cries during Rudy" one of the best yet.

Tonight the Vols show up...4 qtrs on D. MissSt gets a dose of reality...they are not top 25 material.
