because its $13 an item multiplied by however many trips multiplied by however many people are scamming. not even sure I would consider this scamming. a lot worse than this out there. this is more manipulation, read smart usage, of the system.

Why give away money, never understand it. Make them do some kind of work, whatever they are able to do. Even if its small better than nothing and at least they are working to get the money. Just giving it away has such a bad life changing effects.
