He was a 4star on Rivals until the latest update a couple weeks ago. For some reason they dropped him from a 5.8 4star to a 5.7 3star, #13 TE in the country.

Stop looking at stars watch his highlights. FYI rivals doesn't have any tight ends listed as 5 stars and only like 10 as 4 stars.
