No that was a routine play that sucked. But when oklahoma scored with the slap hitter hitting a triple. We should have made a pitching change. I mean a slap hitter hitting a triple is a pretty clear sign. I love the weeklys but it was a bad coaching night to finish with

I said soon as Madison hit the 3 run homer Ivy needs to come in for the save. Ellen was already leaving some pitches out over the plate, and was at like 160 pitches already. Don't understand that decision at all.

Have no problem with the defensive positioning against the slap hitters, they are called slap hitters for a reason.

I do coach, but they are way better coaches obviously. But I think fans are allowed to have opinions. Simply stating my thoughts and opinions

I'm not going to pretend I'm a softball expert, but what was up with the center fielder playing way up when she had the ball hit well over her head?

Seemed akin to bringing the safety up into coverage when he should be dropping back playing a prevent defense.

On the first play at 3rd, I was shocked that the girl was ruled safe. The throw beat her and the tag also beat her. The game should have been over on that play. If you look back at it, watch Raven's reaction. It's pretty humorous.

I know what you mean....I am sick to my stomach too. Really hate it for our girls. It will be hard to come back from them....but they can do it. This team is a class act...now lets go and force game 3!

I have to agree. This is exactly how we beat Texas. Their pitcher gassed and the coaches didn't react with a pitching change.

Agreed. It was obvious Ellen was tiring. But yet we were 1 strike away from winning this game...Twice. I hope the Lady Vols can put it behind them and take game 2. It will be difficult though with a loss like this.

i agree that the sister should have came in but this games over if she makes that routine catch. But wow what a game! Sooo proud of these ladies. ESPN kept pimpin game 7 with the heat and paces and what they should have done is talk a little more ou / ut. Fantastic ballgame!

absolutely not. Tennessee showed heart and played their tails off. They had no business shutting Oklahoma up for that long. It was an amazing effort and I couldn't be anymore pumped.. If our other teams played with the determination that these girls have this season, we're in great shape all around.
