Before we hire any coach, John Currie has to resign. After the new information about the chancellor rejecting his offer to Coach Brohm, there is no way a decent coach is hired under Currie nor should one be.

Currie is incompetent, lazy, and self-obsessed. Time for UT to take back our athletic department. Us fans should not just accept who Currie throws in front of us.

Times up Currie! You are the weakest link. Goodbye.

I don't think he's stupid or neglecting our HC search. Feel like he already has a cat in the bag and is granting other coaches raises for a small price because Tennessee IS a valued job!

How many schools is this guy going to target just so the current HC, who imo is not a realistic target for Tennessee, is granted a raise?

Seems like there's some side action going on like "Speaking Fees"

What do you think? Too much of a conspiracy theory for it to be true?

At least other message boards are starting to talk about how bad the department is.. so maybe he will take more heat and be gone soon.

And hoping we will beg for Schiano. They seem to be succeeding in helping coaches get better contracts. It’s hard to trust a word they say.
