For those of you in TN with ESPN3 that want to watch the game try this method:
Log on to ESPN and then go to ESPN3 and set it up for remote access.
Download the Hide-My-IP program from here:

Don't worry about paying for it, there's a 14 day free trial.
Hide your IP address, you may have to turn this off and on a couple of times to find a faster server, I connected to one in Atlanta that had a 19 Mb/sec throughput speed.
Log back on to ESPN and go back to ESPN3 and click on the TN game and you'll find that it's not blocked.
Of course this only for testing purposes, I would never suggest that you circumvent the blackout.
