affect the game Saturday? There is an 80% chance of rain, with possible thunderstorms. Also, how will it affect attendance?
We'll be there...our seats are in the dry! :)

Well, it should help UT. What difference can a little water make? We can't pass even when it's dry.

With the way our weather changes here so much, I'm hoping that by Saturday evening it will have stopped. Right now it doesn't sound too good. But, then again, Knoxville doesn't exactly have the best weather forecasters around either.

It certainly would slow down our high powered passing offense...oh, wait.

Benefits the offense because they know where they are going...If I was crompton as much as he looks down recievers I would be pump faking all day on double moves and it should be wide open down the field...
We will have over 300 yards rushing....Our O-Line has gained some great confidence and Hardesty and Brown should have a field day...If Cooper continues to block like he has we will have our way with Ohio on the ground....Which will open the playbook for some big plays downfield...(IF CROMPTON CAN MAKE THE READ AND THROW):ermm::whistling:

Apparently, Kiffin suggested to the media that we've already seen the wet weather game plan. don't have a link but heard it on the radio during the practice report.

Would make this game a blowout for sure
OHIO= one of the worst running games in the nation; their strength is pass D
UT= one of the best
RAIN= a can being opened

to make for a sloppy offensive performance tomorrow.

Hopefully, our guys can hang on to the ball but the downside is we pretty much can't work on our passing game at all tomorrow (or very effectively in the rain, at least).

What I don't understand is wasn't teague a pretty good hs qb? How about a wr sweep and him throwing the ball. It can't hurt to try something. We must throw the ball down field. oh that's right we have done that and it resulted in another int. well lets just run the ball, play defense, and not turn the ball over.

I don't get what happened to the quick throw screens that we saw against WKU? To my knowledge, we haven't seen very many of those SINCE that game. Throwing some of those can't do anything but help a qb's rhythm, I'd think.

crompton sucks more then jenna jameson and briana banks combined, thats why against real defenses we havent thrown the ball.

Seriously, besides playing against a high school team opening week, what game have we not had a sloppy offensive showing?

Shouldn't that give us an advantage? If we are pressing the running game, and Ohio is pass heavy, I would think that rainy conditions would work in our favor.
