Wearing a jersey in public . . . What say you? (Split topic)

Yep, Im debating on what Jersey to pick up this season a Jerod Mayo jersey, Hines Ward, or Patrick Willis. I would hate to walk into a sports bar down here in Tennessee with a Mayo jersey, because im sure some toothless, inbred hick who claims to be Tennessee's biggest fan wouldnt even recognize the name
I got one from Big John Henderson (Signed) that I won't wear unless it is a special time.1 of peyton 1 from heath 1 moss 1 randel 1 TN Oilers, thats enough. YES I will wear some of them game time only some, others if I want to stay cool.

The ad at the top of the page says you can get a free jersey. If you get a free jersey from an ad on the Volnation, will it stipulate you can only wear it to a game? :eek:lol:

it's only acceptable to wear jerseys on game day.

I wonder why you havent posted pics of yourself in your million dollar jersey collection? too busy with the LSAT?

learn to take a joke nancy.

I thought jokes were supposed to be funny?
They seem like put downs to me and not at all Christ like.
Maybe take down your Jesus signature if you want
to post like you do. The quote combined with your posting style makes for a bad witness.

I would only wear a jersey on game days. I think wearing one on game day regardless of your age, is just showing support for your team, it goes hand in hand imo.

To sum it up, its called being a hypochristian. While everyone's guilty of hypocrisy, most of us don't put ourselves up on that pedestal and display some sort of grand holiness.

Hey, you're name's Nancy too.

There are a few other places where I'll give people a pass, but for the most part you are probably right.

Got to agree , unless your under 15 dont do the jersey thing in public .If your tailgating or watching the game , sure wear it . Otherwise just lounge around in it .

Or if you wanna rock a jersey whenever you want, go ahead. And laugh at the people who can't look as fly as you with a jersey

Could be.
I will, however, be praying for you to display in every post the fruits of the Spirit such as kindness and love given to you as a result of Jesus' suffering you already reference in every post.
