How can you think this and at the same time believe that law abiding citizens shouldnt have access to semi automatic rifles to protect themselves from tyranny?

Sigh, I don't support gun control.
Jesus Christ, progressives aren't all the same. I'm sick of this issue coming up when I post anything. I DO NOT SUPPORT GUN CONTROL.

The governments and the current structure can only do so much against 3.6 billion people. I'm not talking about some sudden armed revolt. I mean, I suppose it is possible. I think more likely that over time the 3.6 billion are going to find ways to dilute the power of the 26. How that will happen I don't pretend to know. I am simply making the point that things are waaaaaayy out of whack with those numbers and something will have to change. It has to. I just think as society goes, it cannot withstand that kind of disparity ad infinitum.

After you stop using them, and begin to use someone else, and other's do the same, then these people will be replaced by the next guy who has something people "just can't live without".

As was pointed out earlier, some of those, probably a whole hoop of them, are not even in countries where such income inequality would even be noticed. Do you honestly believe some sheep herder in Senegal knows or care about how much loot Jeff Bezos has?

Now, wealth inequality specifically is a tool and term used by socialists and communists for the achievement of their goals. The bourgeois class is specifically singled out by Marx and was denounced by Lenin as the "problem" everyone had.

The Communist Manifesto - Bourgeoisie and Proletariat

Basically, the call for the proletariat to rise against the "rich" is a bedrock principle of overt communism. It also happens to be a bedrock principle of liberal "Democrats" today. Wealth redistribution, reparations, those "evil" men controlling all the money. The "rich getting richer." All terms Lenin and Marx would not only have agreed with, but also used themselves.

This is the party you support.
