We won't beat MSU because we won't score more than 10 points

Tennessee wins this game. Stephens has made improvement despite zero running game and atrocious protection by the o-line. Our D should get a couple turnovers, especially if we can force them into passing.

I hope we can win for the sake of the players. I am not concerned about Fulmer getting his 8 wins, because there is no way we are going to beat Bama. I also think we are a lock to lose to South Carolina.

South Carolina is not a good football team this year. Nothing from here on out is a lock to lose.

We should. But really it wouldn't surprise me if we don't. One thing is for sure i'am not buying the PPV to find out. Boring bob again for me i guess.

We should. Our defense is good enough to completely shut down an absolutely horrid MSU offense, and you would think our offense can come up with at least a few points.

The Vegas handicappers have us as just over a TD favorite, which sounds about right, but it is a game where we can't afford to turn the ball over or have stupid ST breakdowns, as points are probably going to be at a premium.

Yeah its pretty bad & it will get even worse if we cant get our first SEC win of the year against MSU. I dont even want to think about being 2-5. Hopefully they will get it together & get this win!

Thought that's what you said for a second...

1. UCLA had Norm Chow, who made some nice adjustments during that game.

2. We shut down UCLA until the last two posessions of regulation. I can't explain what happened there.

3. Believe it or not, statistically and empirically, MSU is worse than UCLA.

I agree. MSU really is just absolutely horrid on offense. Not to say that we are much better, but I'd like to think we are.

I know. I just had a flashback. Man, whoa...
Those things are crazy.
It's just somewhere along the line I've got it stuck in my head to trust what I've seen and to not let myself get carried away hoping something different will happen.
So, basically like you said if we cant explain what happened at UCLA, then it's bound to happen again.(IMO)
Now, I promise I love our guys on D. It's just I was thinking of the ways we lost and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if one of these games our offense just happens to show up against a not so good offensive team and it be our defense that lets us down. You know? I mean, we're just so sure Miss St offense can't score on us, then BOOM ! I just dont want to let my guard down yet. I have to look out for me, man. Protect my feelings...:cray:

Our defense will need to score in this game...Maybe and Eric Berry Int for TD.
Unless they throw the deep ball early and often, our run "game" will be nonexistent again.
If we can burn UGA deep, we can burn MSU deep.

On a note of Sarcasm: I think Clawson should put in the Wishbone (Jones, Hardesty, Foster)
