We develop a winning culture. It's obvious Jones has not been able to do that. We have sucked for so long that we are no longer the vaunted program of the SEC. Until the culture is changed, go watch other teams instead that know how to win. Maybe some of that winning mojo will make its way to Knoxville.

Absolutely. Imo hart should resign within the next few weeks (I know it won't happen but it should), Butch at the end of the year, and then cheek should gonna well
The coaching hire is such a huge decision it should have never been harts to make. He has no qualifications whatsoever. We need the home run hire. That how you get back on track. Osu, Michigan, bama...that's what it takes in this day and age

The truth is OUR TEAM SUCKS RIGHT NOW and it's the whole organizations fault. Everyone seems to either blame the coaches or the players or the AD buts it's a collective suck. It's starts with hart making a terrible hire.....then leads to butch coaching at his mid major level......which leads to a stable full of 4 and 5 star recruits that either weren't developed by the coaches or just didn't live up to their pre college hype.
