Awesome thread, fellas!

We're all getting a kick out of it over on the SEC Rant of Tigerdroppings.
The OP might want to recheck who Bama is losing.
On offense: Julio Jones, most likely gone, McElroy gone, Preston Dial (not even a starter in base), Ingram appears to be leaving, and Carpenter. There are rumors that Maze might leave, but it would be a bad decision if he does.
We have so many 4 and 5 star WR's to take Julio's place, I honestly can't even remember them all.
McCarron or possibly Sims will take over. Both are more talented than McElroy, but Saban will lean on the running game next year with a new QB anyway.
Dial - we have plenty of TE's to take his place. He was a role player.
Carpenter - most think 5* recruit DJ Fluker will slide from right tackle to left tackle and we'll plug in a new guy on the right side. Whatever happens, we have a lot of talent to plug in.
Ingram - you never want to lose a Heisman winner, but Richardson is pretty good. So is Lacy. So is Blake Sims. Regardless, the offensive line is returning almost everyone and should be much improved over this year. I expect the running game to be better next year, not worse.
Defense - We likely lose Dareus, and MAYBE Hightower and Barron. I expect those two to return though. Chavis Williams only played in mop up duty, so you can take him off your list.
I'd like to keep Dareus, but again, we have guys to replace him. I think Hightower returns, but even if he doesn't, we quite possibly have the deepest LB corp in the country. I think Barron comes back due to tearing his pectoral muscle in the Iron Bowl. He won't be able to make it to the combine. On top of that, Robby Green, who was suspended this year and would have started at the other safety spot returns.
Basically, what I'm saying, we're not losing nearly as much as the OP is making out. In fact, there are a lot less question marks on next year's team than there were on this year's.
But, I do think UT is on the rise and will be back near the top of the East in the next 2 or 3 years.
