At least I think so, regardless of the opponent...

How do ya'll think the team will handle all the positive press in the media?

I believe we can get to the final four if we keep up the incredible intensity. I hope we're not tired... I love this team and their chemistry and this has been one heck of ride! Go Vols!!!

OSU is the best team we will play until we reach the finals, which is still definitely an if, but yes we will be favored i believe for sunday

Yeah I hope they stay hungry, and the coaches are getting some good scouting in right now, coming up with an initial game plan...They have a great opportunity to accomplish so much more than they already have

WOW mich st. dude just followed up a awesome dunk off a miss just thought id point that out. lol.....id say it be on the top ten plays on sports center.

That's true about the scouting. We also got to watch OSU-GT knowing we were gonna play the winner.

Ali for N Iowa is nailing three's, but Mich. St just made it a game!

They're talking about us being a favorite during all the halftime shows. We're gonna get some serious love now i do believe...

You must be smokin crack. We'll never be favored in the media. We always have to prove ourselves.

K-State is good, along with Butler who beat OSU, although it was minus Evan Turner so that may be a moo point.

not if we play K State in the national semis... they are a much better TEAM. and we dont match up well with them at all.

Seeing us win tonight gives me enough confidence to truly believe that we can possibly... win a National Champtionship in bball!!!

And yes, any overtime at all in this game would be very nice. K-State will definitely be a very tough game, but to compare with a common opponent, I think we played Kansas much tougher. you never know?

Even if we do get love for the Sunday game, we definitely won't get any IF we get to the Final Four... Everybody will be picking K-state ( & that's saying they get there too, ha ha).

That's Delvon Roe. He needs knee surgery as soon as the season is over. Sometimes it's painful for him to even walk. Making that play on that bum leg... :eek:

msu will be favored, IMO--they are tough-minded and talented and izzo is has been to 5 final fours--he's one of the best coaches in college basketball. This isn't a vintage msu team, but they've got a couple of ballers and they will not let UT score inside as we did against the soft osu middle. Should be another tough, close game.

I think we will be favored....everyone is already picking MSU to win this one though. That 29 point loss to Kentucky might be a blessing in disguise.
