I have watched the replay of North's magnificent catch probably 100 times. The fact that no pass interference was going to be called needs to be looked at by SEC officials. That was blatant and not one flag was going to fly, thank you North and screw you refs. Do your damn job!

When I saw that we were on our own 35, I honestly said to myself that it will take a true MIRACLE for us to get into field goal position. North was our miracle, as we had to beat a good secondary, pass interference and the refs. I was actually surprised that ESPN didn't overturn the call.

If he didn't catch it, it would've probably been called.

right before he caught it, watching it live I thought he had stepped out of bounds and was about to let a profane string of words fly. He didn't and the celebration started.

If he does not make that catch, they get what they want. Same reason they helped UGA out on their last drive. They want the higher ranked teams in the conference to win so they have a chance of having more than one team in a BCS bowl game. All about the money.

Sorry I disagree. When they are going to call it they usually throw the flag regardless if the catch is made or not.

Operative word. My guess is that, since it was a catch, he didn't feel the need to impede momentum.

I'm with you on this one Fiji. I don't think they were going to call it - even though the CB was draped across North like a cheap suit.

I'm going to disagree your disagreement. I think its about 50-50 and it seems to me like refs are waiting for the play to completely end before they throw the PI flag.

It's a true shame our society has degraded so far as this. Extremely sad, but so true!

Can we quit with the conspiracy theories please? If the refs were in bed with the SEC for $$, then the Neal pass/fumble at the end of 1st half would have been ruled a fumble and USCjr ball. They are human and miss calls. Heck, Clowney was blatantly held at least twice that was not called.

Take off your tin foil hats and let the NSA keep reading your emails already...

We were jobbed in the Georgia game. The pig call was a travasty.
No pass int on a catch is not being jobbed. That's letting the guys play. They were hand fighting all day. The no call was consistant with the way the game was called.

Pointing out the difference is not trolling.

When Worley threw the ball I thought the ball was going out of bounds, and I thought 4th and 10.:loco:

I thought the same thing I was yelling hurry hurry hurry run a play I thought North steep out of bounds before he caught the ball.:eek:hmy:

I agree, this was going to be one of those games where we were robbed again, if North hadn't made that spectacular catch.

Agree. But North was only one half of the miracle... Worleys perfect throw was the other.

And McCullers was blatantly held on Shaw's long scamper up the middle. I have it recorded. Run woulda been callled back. But it's all moot point. :loco:

I thought the no flag was suspect but I'm glad our guys didn't leave it the ref's hands. North is the future and he proved it yesterday.
