We Stomp Va Tech in Bristol - BOOK IT

Well.... I sure will say...you guys are die hard fans...congrats! Especially the folks that are saying that App State is a better team then VT, and you have no idea what to expect from VT, and score predictions of 42-14, ect...I'm assuming this is being said just to keep your sanity right now.

I am sure the Vols will work hard this week to fix several issues that should have been fixed ALL summer. You WERE the friggen 9th ranked team in the country, and should have lost that game last night (Not 1, not 2, but 3 kicks) gave you the reprieve. Hell I thought VT's OL last year was bad, yours last night was atrocious. Dobbs might of just had a bad game...but he better do better next week.

I too.. have no idea what to expect from VT, but make no mistake, even with a dumpster fire offense the last 3 years, we looked better then your offense last night. If you bring that same offense to Bristol, it will be the Vols and not VT getting beaten.....Badly.

With that being said, all teams face several adversities in a long season and have to overcome bad performances to win games. Maybe, just maybe the Vols just had a bad night...cause it happens...even with college football's elite teams.

I look forward to hopefully CBJ doing a little better at preparation this week, to see a much improved Vols team and an unknown VT team take the field in Bristol.

There is a thing called talent - VT don't have it

I would stop talking if I were you....Appy State did a hell of a job at smacking you guys in the mouth. I do believe every Appy State 2 star player was matched up with a 4 or 5 star Vol player....and they brought it!

It took the Vols until overtime to score 20pts against Appalachian State

Stomping VT would require a transformation for team 120, one that many Vol fans, secretly don't believe will actually happen

Please. Ohio state lost to Va tech... At home and went on to win the natty. We will punish Va tech even with Dobbs.

I admittedly have tried to put most of last night out of my memory, but 3 kicks? I only remember 2?

I'm telling you all, Air force came in here in 06 and punched us in the mouth. We barely won against that team that had zero business challenging us like that. This game was a carbon copy of that one. We went on to have a good year in 06, and I expect the same this year.

Unless the VOLS were putting up a smoke screen, I saw nothing that lends me to believe that we will "Stomp" Va Tech.

Perfect opening game to wake the monster.

Check my post history - when I say book it - I mean BOOK IT. Called the Georgia win last year.

Again, I'll take any and all tickets that are being sold at face value from those that fell off the wagon.

BOOK IT

This.

I feel like 5 fumbles recovered for the good guys makes the prediction kind of lucky, but it was true nonetheless...
