We Stomp Georgia - Book It

I have a feeling we have no chance to lose the weekend following this game. If we were to beat Georgia it would be the biggest surprise in my 45 years pertaining to the Vols.

At least one of them, bcv. However, hope springs eternal....

If we beat Georgia... Thats a big if... Butch could turn this around. I truly want him to. But I just don't see it happening given the previous outings. We are talented enough to play with anyone. However, the problem lies between the ears.

You know us too well, 99. BTW, ya'll looked terrific Saturday night. I had the Gators and +8 for quite a bundle, thank you very much. For those who've said Florida is not a very good team this year need to rethink the sweet bejesus out of that.

They have a young team with very little talent in OL and are in Year 0 after a bad 3 year stint.

How are they winning? I don't get it. Their reality are our excuses.

Florida has made every process comment butch jones has ever made look stupid.

"Book it" huh...

Kinda like when a rapper says "real talk", you can disregard whatever he/she just said.

You can always count on Richt to have at least one game a year where his team fails to show up. You can usually count on him to have his team ready to go the next week.

Take that for what it's worth.

What there for them to prove against Tennessee? Not much.

What's there for Tennessee to prove?
Everything.

richt's getting all kind of heat after that blowout loss to alabama! If he gets fired next year, will he be a candidate at UT if butch gets fired?

Arkansas was a hangover. A wake up call.

We stomp Georgia this Saturday. Everyone finds that chip they lost when everyone told them how good they were. They forgot they have to earn it.

Pour yourself a Bourbon on Saturday and toast our teams new identity when the clock hits 00:00. I'll be singing Rocky Top with the band

I like the way you think.

Realistically we can beat uga. At this point I expect to lose, but we might just get pleasantly surprised.

I am going to watch the game Saturday expecting to lose but will be really happy if we don't.

We've always have GA's number. If there was a team that we upset, it would be GA. Not that I would put money on it, but UT has done it before. GA fans know it.

Two very different O lines. Tennessee will have a very different defense. Can't wait to see that killer instinct back

I worry about the UGA QB play going into this game tremendously. That being said, please tell me you aren't trying to say that the Arky OLine is better than UGAs? UGAs Oline held their own quite well against the best DLine in college football. And the UGA RBs ran for 205 yards against them. If UGA loses, it won't be because the RBs didn't get theirs.

And before you start in on the "stack the box" talk, for the last two years, EVERY team has stacked the box against UGA trying to get the QBs to beat them and yet, Gurley, Chubb and the likes have still gotten theirs.

If irony needs to be defined, I think you did a great job at it.

Not to be Debbie Downer, but if Reggie Ragland hadn't been staring off into space while Bama was up by 5 TDs, Chubb would have run for a whopping 3.3 yards per carry.
