We should have won by three TDs. We need HB!

I think you are better off getting comfortable with that idea that JG will play significant time next year. I don't have a lot of optimism that a true freshman is going to come in and push out a senior QB with 2.5 seasons as the starting QB under his belt.

Talent is great, but experience is often better.

For example - Alabama. The story is that Tua was crushing it in practice for a long time and he was still riding the bench behind an inferior Jalen Hurts. It took an injury to Jalen before Tua could finally get on the field and seize the starting spot.

I have optimism ANYBODY, freshman, soph, junior or senior is better than this lump. I have great appreciation that he is a VFL. I am super impressed he plays hurt. I love the fact Trey loves him...Whatever...when all is said and done. ,he's killing us. He is a bad, bad QB. If we had a decent QB, we would have won by 14 to 21 points...period.

The two Best QB's in country are playing for the NC soon, not an accident!

This season has been all about QB play, when it was good we won, when it is bad we lost, simple!
UT won 1 game this year with good qb play. 1!

To be great, it’s about the QB.....not to be avg.

I’m pretty sure we’ve had to endure enough of JG. I’m really hoping Bailey can figure things out quick, because if he doesn’t JG sure isn’t gonna lead us to beat any of Florida, Georgia, or Bama
Or Oklahoma. We might steal one of those games with competent Qb play.

Cool thread! Wish we would have won the game!
We won the game...thanks to JJ, Eric Gray, other backfield, defensive line, the big cajones of Pruitt on kick offs....no thanks to some of the worst QB play I've ever witnessed. He simply doesn't have the temperament for the moment. Coaching might work for him.

I would disagree. Most of the time that we won, the QB didn’t play good, but, other parts of the team overcame that.

JG must be the greatest practice player in the history of football because the coaches seem to love him.

That crap scares me......but would like to try it
I live on the coast. I've been thinking about taking the screen door off of my back porch, running to Walmart and getting me a can of that stuff the dude sells on TV and making myself a boat. Reckon I'll get very far?
