Agree with the complaints on officiating.

But come on guys, that should have been a blowout. Hooker played like Milton in the first half.

And that dang 2nd quarter..... No words. I'll just stop because I've never seen anything like that and all year.

Defensive line didn't show up for 90% of the game. The DBs... Oh my goodness, just terrible.

The penalties... We got three ints but the DBs gave up big plays.
Need to get some DB's and LBs that can cover and some d lineman.

And the play calling was beyond suspect. No defensive adjustments at the half.

Why did we slip all game but Perdue didn't.

Still Go VOLS.

I don't understand why we have 2nd quarter issues. I literally have no answer and I've tried to figure it out All year. Makes zero sense

Yes the game shouldn't have went to OT. Should've ended on a makeable FG after the refs flagged for that guy for grabbing Tillman.
LOL that you thought this should've been a blowout. As if Purdue is some hot garbage team and Tenn was just not their normal self. Hooker isn't great at deep balls and the defense SUCKS. What exactly surprised you about the game???

My son and I discuss this all the time, why do head coaches have such a hard time managing timeouts. You see it every week in college and NFL. I don’t know if they have too much going to think it through quickly or what. Heupel definitely should have called a timeout after the 8 yard run. If a coach realizes that is an issue then they need to hire someone to help them during the game with that. While that was Heupel’s fault he is not alone in the coaching profession with the issue. Something like this is easily addressed but my guess is like most coaches he won’t address it.

Defense was pathetic. Not sure Tim Banks is going to cut it.

Gave him benefit of doubt all year cause we are outmanned in SEC. Not the case tonight.
You need to get it out of your head that the SEC is miles and miles ahead of other conferences. They aren't. Bowl records are proving that. Bama and UGA are elite, I think Purdue could beat any other team in the SEC. They have two wins against top 5 teams this season. When is the last time we beat a top 5 team?

We have second quarter issues because teams adjust to our gimmicky offense. Josh had to build a team with no players and he built this fast paced offense to adjust. UCF was not fast paced because they had players. Think about it. Give the guy credit for building a winner

You aren’t blowing anybody out with 15 penalties and the worst pass defense I’ve witnessed in a long time.

You don't throw 2 bomb's on 2nd and third down needing 8 to 10 yards for a game winning field goal to win game, playing hero ball instead of team ball.
Still we catch one of those without pass interference……..just saying

Aren't you people getting tired of saying "tenn should've won by a lot"? Don't you realize the reason they aren't winning by a lot is because you're drinking kool-aid? This is the same team we've seen all year post Milton. Same coaching. They've been very consistent.

Not miles ahead this year for sure. But that’s an anomaly. The record over the last 25 years speaks for itself.

The lack of play by our D line surprised me. DBs were abysmal - and that is being kind. I would think that only Banks and Young would be starting on a good D.

I'm not disagreeing with you. But the portal has changed everything. Those days are over. Wouldn't be surprised is Cincy plays with Bama. They have some legit players.

On the final drive, Not calling a timeout after the first run by Small was a mistake. We let nine seconds bleed off the clock. I don’t have a huge issue with Hooker going deep the first time. The second time was a little more questionable, although there was an obvious hold on Tillman that was missed
